Ava Traum
PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Ava Traum is an arts administrator and music educator with a background in program management, ensemble operations, and community engagement. She has worked with leading arts organizations including The Juilliard School, the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, Music Academy of the West, Aspen Music Festival and School, and the Indiana Music Education Association.
Ava holds a Bachelor of Music Education with high distinction from Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music, where she served as President of both the National Association for Music Education and the National Band Association student chapters. A Cleveland, Ohio native and lifelong singer, Ava is passionate about empowering young people through music and supporting their growth as both artists and individuals.
She is excited to join the Children’s Chorus of Washington team as Program Coordinator and looks forward to building meaningful relationships with choristers and their families.
