In addition to managing the St. Elizabeths Technology Services (SETS) Program Management Office (PMO), Bill is a CCW Board veteran. He is starting the first year of his fifth term, having also served on the board 2005-2011 and 2015-2021. Bill previously worked at American Management Systems and Georgetown University, where he earned his degree in history. He lives in Chevy Chase, MD, where he and his wife Jean Sperling raised their four children.
